Here is another fabulous site that has remained unchanged. The Bay of
Grand Cul de Sac is beautifully preserved, especially at the western end
that is still quite unspoiled. It is a beautiful white sand beach lapped by clear,
calm waters thanks to the protection afforded by a coral reef. an ideal spot
for children. To bathe in these conditions, as if in a huge outdoor bathtub,
is the height of luxury. Of course, many watersports are available as well and,
in spite of the relatively remote location, the existence of a certain number
of restaurants on the beach or close by is much appreciated.

There is no end to the superlatives that have been
used to describe Saint-Barthélemy, and yet there
is no denying that the hotel Guanahani is the finest
establishment on the island. Not on account of its
standing, after all, it is merely a “4 star Luxury”, but
mainly because it is extraordinarily well situated,
intelligently designed and remarkably well-integrated
into its surroundings.
The system of the individual cottage set on a beach
and surrounded by tropical gardens is probably
the ultimate accommodation that a luxury hotel
can offer. Add to this the standard of comfort
and service provided in the suites and the level
of excellence is hard to believe. Not to mention
the highly qualified personnel, who apply a rare
devotion to ensuring the satisfaction of their
clientele. Consequently, we will not list in detail all
the services and activities available as well as what
the concierge is capable of achieving. Suffice it
to say that it will surpass all your expectations. In
fact, the Guanahani is quite possibly a glimpse of
Paradise on earth.
